Drakoria is a majestic mountain kingdom built into the towering peaks of a vast mountain range, with part of it nestled underground and another portion carved into the mountainside. Many of the kingdom’s most important buildings are located beneath the surface, while its upper structures rise from the stone itself, forming a natural fortress.
Defensive towers are sculpted directly from the cliffs, giving the kingdom a formidable presence. At the very peak, overlooking all below, lies the colossal skeletal remains of an ancient dragon, long since dead. The remains have been integrated into the design of Drakoria’s central castle, making it both a landmark and a symbol of enduring strength.

Drakoria is ruled by two twins born of the same parents but of different races: Scotty the Dwarf and Fiona the Giantess. Their unusual heritage is widely known and often spoken about by those familiar with the kingdom. Despite their differences in size and origin, the twins govern together in perfect unity, drawing on their diverse viewpoints to better lead their people.
Their cooperative rule has become a defining aspect of Drakoria’s identity, respected by both citizens and allies.
The kingdom’s economy is primarily built on mining, craftsmanship, and trade. The mountains are rich with minerals and precious stones, and the extensive mines form the economic backbone of Drakoria. The kingdom’s artisans are world-renowned for their skill in creating exceptional jewelry, powerful weapons, and finely crafted tools. Trade routes stretch across the mountains, linking Drakoria to nearby regions and providing constant exchange of goods.
The most prized resource of all is the mineral known as Drakorium, a rare and valuable substance not found naturally, but created exclusively by the kingdom. It is released for trade only in limited quantities every few years, making it a highly sought-after commodity.

The Power Within Beasts
Monster Cores are multi-functional and very useful in growth and progression.
Drakoria’s culture is defined by the fusion of Dwarven grit and Giant tradition, a reflection of its founders and their storied past. The original creator of the kingdom was a Dwarf famed for slaying a legendary dragon, whose skull still rests above the capital and forms part of the royal stronghold. This act of defiance and victory shaped the kingdom’s core values; strength, craftsmanship, and unwavering unity. From childhood, Drakorians are taught to face adversity without fear, embracing the idea that it is better to die standing than live kneeling. The people hold tightly to this identity, honoring their ancestors not through worship, but through emulation and pride.
The rhythm of life in Drakoria is built around festivals that mark the mountain’s bounty, the legacy of the dragon’s fall, and the enduring strength of the people. These events are woven into the fabric of the seasons, with certain celebrations opening their gates to outsiders willing to witness or partake in the traditions. Music echoes through the stone corridors during these times, and storytelling is passed down through generations beside roaring fires and echoing chambers. Craftsmanship takes center stage in both daily life and festival competitions, where artisans and warriors alike present their skills in grand displays. In the heart of the capital, feasts and tournaments are held in the great plazas, where victors walk away with prizes worthy of their effort and name.
Military
The kingdom maintains a formidable military force, known as the Dragon Knights, composed of Dwarves, Giants, and other mountain-dwelling races that are trained from a young age to be the best of the best. They are suited with the best weapons they can find; armour and weapons carved from the bones and body of dragons.
In order for one to officially become a Dragon Knight within the Kingdom they are required to slay an adult dragon before they reach the age of 16. Once they are able to slay a dragon; they are suited with armor and weapons made from that dragon and granted the right to fight for the Kingdom.
Religion and Beliefs
The people of Drakoria revere the original King of the Kingdom, the Slayer of the Ancient Dragon whose remains dominate their landscape. They do not worship him as a God, but rather respect and aspire to be like him, a man who can stand at the top of the world and fight for what they desire.
