Aquiloria is a breathtaking coastal kingdom nestled between lush green mountains and crystal-clear waters. The kingdom features a series of domed, elegant structures that blend harmoniously with the natural environment, incorporating the surrounding flora and fauna directly into its design. Every pathway is lined with flowering vines, and streams flow gently through quiet courtyards, making the entire kingdom feel like an extension of the landscape itself.

The kingdom is governed by the High Council of Elders, a respected assembly composed of scholars, merchants, various leaders, and other notable figures from across society. Members are chosen through public vote, ensuring the Council reflects the will and values of the people. Their decisions are made through discussion and agreement, with a focus on preserving harmony and sustainability in all areas of life. The council places the well-being of Aquiloria's citizens above all else, acting as stewards of balance rather than rulers of power.
Unlike other coastal kingdoms, Aquiloria does not rely on fishing or maritime trade. Though ports exist, they are not used for commerce but rather for controlled travel in and out of the kingdom. Aquiloria’s true strength lies in its vast collection of knowledge and its commitment to education. The kingdom is home to what many believe to be the largest library network in the known world, housing ancient texts, scholarly works, magical tomes, and rare manuscripts.
This academic treasure draws travelers, researchers, and students from distant lands who come seeking wisdom, guidance, and a place to study in peace. Tourism thrives not on spectacle, but on reverence for the intellect and the beauty of serenity.

The inhabitants live in harmony with their environment, practicing sustainable living and environmental stewardship while also striving for more knowledge. While Aquiloria is a peaceful kingdom, it maintains a capable defence force known as the Skyguard. This elite unit is trained to defend the kingdom from both land and sea threats, utilizing advanced tactics and technology. The natural geography of the region, including its mountainous terrain and coastal fortifications, provides additional defensive advantages. Above all else they have a single entity which protects them, this being goes by the name of the Book Keeper, and they oversee the largest library within the kingdom and ensure its safety above anything else.
The people of Aquiloria do not have a major religion and are free to worship anything they please. As the kingdom is largely a scholarly kingdom, welcoming anyone who wishes to study, it is a hotspot for different cultures and schools of thought; as such, they do not force any religion upon anyone.

Azure Harbour serves as the main port of Aquiloria and the primary means of sea travel. Nature's Dome is the central government building where the High Council of Elders meets and conducts official business. Sky Gardens are lush, terraced gardens that offer a tranquil retreat for citizens and visitors alike, featuring a variety of native plants and flowers. The Market of Wonders is a vibrant market square where traders from across the world sell their goods, from exotic spices to unique crafts.
The Grand Library of Aquiloria is the biggest library in the kingdom and is believed to be the largest non-living library in the world. It holds a collection of books that most nobles cannot even get their hands on and is open for public visitation. The Seaside Pavilion is a popular gathering spot for festivals and public events, offering panoramic views of the coastline.
