In its early days, the Guild started as a small group of six people. However, its appeal quickly spread, and it began to attract members from all walks of life throughout the entire world. As its membership grew, so did its influence and power, allowing it to reach more people and take on more challenges that were posed.

The Guild's ability to unite people under a common cause allowed it to grow beyond the control of any single power or Clan. This newfound power enabled the Guild to operate independently, setting up branches in each major city across the Clans and even further.

The rapid and substantial growth of the Guild remains a subject of much speculation. Some attribute it to the Guild's deep political connections within each Clan, while others believe its strength lies in the support of adventurers and ordinary citizens who saw the Guild as a means to achieve their goals. Despite these theories, the true source of the Guild's power remains largely unknown, Some also believe that the guild's growth came from powerful backers.

The Guild

The Guild is a very old and powerful organization, established thousands of years ago by a group of like-minded individuals seeking to further and protect their individual interests. This coalition of merchants, knights, and nobles initially united for mutual profit and protection, recognizing that their combined strength far exceeded their individual capacities.

The founding members of the Guild were Vicar Ferant, Reeve Mainard, Baron Tybaut, Flossie Parrish, Esther Cummings, and Paula Roberson. Despite their diverse backgrounds, they shared a common vision and laid the foundation for what would become one of the most influential organizations in Shinseina.

Operations

Joining the Guild is a straightforward process. Anyone with the requisite skills can become an adventurer by simply speaking to a Guild worker and obtaining a badge. Even non-adventurers can take on quests, though they receive fewer benefits and their families are not compensated in the event of their death.

Every major city in the Clans houses a Guild Hall and Kingdoms outside of them as well, serving as the operational hub for the Guild's activities, including quest management and member coordination. Each Guild Hall is managed by a Guild Leader, an individual whose capabilities rival those of royal knights. Guild Leaders are trained extensively to ensure the smooth operation of their respective Guild Halls and maintain regular communication with higher authorities within the Guild.

At the pinnacle of the Guild's hierarchy is a group known as the Guild Founders. These enigmatic figures are believed to wield power comparable to that of monarchs or even more. Despite their significant influence, the Founders' identities remain a closely guarded secret, and they are largely considered a myth by the general populace.

The Guild's presence in every major city and its ability to operate independently of noble influence make it a formidable force in Shinseina. The Guild Power

The Founders
The Founders are the peak of the Guild's power structure, the most mysterious and powerful figures within the organization. Their identities are unknown to all but a select few, and they are believed to possess power comparable to that of monarchs or even stronger. The Founders are rumored to be the original creators of the Guild or their descendants, maintaining the organization's core principles and guiding its long-term vision.

Responsibilities: Overseeing the entire Guild, making the most critical decisions, and ensuring the Guild's interests are protected and advanced. They rarely, if ever, intervene directly, instead operating through intermediaries.

Guild Representatives
The Guild Representatives act as the voice of the Founders, conveying their will and directives to the rest of the organization. They hold significant authority and are responsible for the overall control and administration of the Guild's activities.

Responsibilities: Implementing the Founders' policies, making high-level strategic decisions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Guild across all regions. They also liaise with external powers, including nobility and other influential groups, to negotiate alliances and manage conflicts.

The Guild Power

Guild Enforcers
The Guild Enforcers are the elite operatives who ensure compliance with the Guild's rules and directives. They are highly skilled and elusive, often operating in the shadows to carry out their duties. Their presence alone is enough to ensure discipline within the organization.

Responsibilities: Enforcing the Guild's laws, dealing with internal and external threats, and ensuring that members, particularly those in positions of power, adhere to the Guild's principles. They also handle covert operations, including espionage, assassination, and sabotage when necessary.

Regional Guild Leaders
Regional Guild Leaders oversee multiple Guild Halls within a designated region. They act as the intermediaries between the Guild Leaders of individual halls and the higher-ups in the organization. They are much stronger than a normal Guild Leader, as they are required to maintain control over them.

Responsibilities: Managing the activities of Guild Halls within their region, ensuring consistent implementation of the Guild's policies, and maintaining communication between local Guild Leaders and the Guild Representatives. They also address regional issues, allocate resources, and provide support to Guild Halls as needed.

Guild Leaders
Guild Leaders are the heads of individual Guild Halls, responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of their respective locations. They are often individuals of exceptional skill and leadership, capable of managing both the administrative and operational aspects of the Guild Hall.

Responsibilities: Running the Guild Hall efficiently, overseeing quest management, member recruitment and training, and maintaining the Hall's reputation and integrity. They report to the Regional Guild Leaders and ensure that their Guild Hall aligns with the overarching goals of the Guild.
