Description: The user blesses the very area around them, causing a rainstorm to form above. After 2 turns, special rain falls within 100 meters, healing open wounds, broken bones, removing regular illnesses, and calming those exposed. Lasts up to 20 turns or until dispelled.

Limitations & Side Effects:

• Boost Limit: Can boost healing potency or duration, not both.

• Only affects those under the rain's direct fall.

• Ineffective against magical afflictions unless specified.

• Cannot be used indoors.

Cooldown: 3 IRP Days
