Duration: The water-breathing effect lasts as long as the helmet is worn, but the rune fades completely after 3 days of use.
Limitations & Side Effects:
The user can only breathe underwater while the helmet is worn.
After returning to breathing air, the user will experience minor difficulty breathing and feel out of breath for a short period.
