Ingredients:

• 1 small Ice Crystal

• 2 blades of Lumegrass

• 1 Poelh stalk

• 1 leaf of Angelica

Preparation:

• Crush the small Ice Crystal into a fine powder.

• Boil the Lumegrass blades in 500ml of water for 10 minutes to infuse cooling properties into the water.

• Dice the Poelh stalk and add it to the boiling mixture, boiling for another 5 minutes.

• Add the Angelica leaf and simmer for an additional 5 minutes to enhance the extinguishing properties.

• Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

• Let the mixture cool and strain into vials.
